It became very clear that GG tried to cover up corroded pipes by sealing off the crawl space with a wall. You would of never knew that there was a crawl space behind that wall that they built. This caused a lot of confusion to the plumbers who tried to fix the problem because nobody knew how to access the pipes. This went on for three months and had over ten different plumbing appointments. Finally, a plumber was able to figure out that the walled off area was a crawl space. GG does not follow CA State fire regulations as they did not clear brush 33 feet from the property.

Was able to finalize a great deal in under an hour, signing all paperwork while out of town. I contacted Paul to request closing 45 days emailer than originally agreed and they were able to complete as requested. I was not sure what would be the best way to sell my Condo.
